About us...
- Bellwether
- is a company that has invested hundreds of thousands of pounds and seven years research to enable us to expand nationally. The research has been done by inventory clerks for inventory clerks. We are not an inventory company, we are an inventory administrator.
- Why are we doing this?
- The inventory services for the private sector has grown by 50% within the last five years. Because of the cottage industry constrictions, its growth has been both fragmented and unstructured, so inevitable the quality and standards are extremely variable from company to company, clerk to clerk. The current logistical and geographical workings make it impossible to expand into a national industry. It’s a service that requires recognition & regulation in order for it to be taken seriously within the future.
- Bellwether has proven to have successful business history and during this period has comprehensively researched the industry. This research in turn has lead Bellwether to solve the logistical, geographical and regulatory requirements that will enable us to administrate the industry into a recognisable service on a national level, whilst allowing clerks to remain independent. A Bellwether Associated Clerk will be a standard agents, landlord & tenants will come to expect.

- By using the current infrastructure of inventory companies / clerks and the latest bespoke technology, achieving this by pooling all current resources and adhering to a strict working methodology that has been ISO9001 accredited with several associations to ensure quality of delivery and professionalism. Bellwether will set the benchmark nationally and with the help of your input and association become a reference point for the letting industry.
- What will the inventory industry achieve?
- Only by coming together can we have the voice this industry deserves, by joining together administratively we will become bigger than all the associations combined nationally.
